Pose For Ad Campaign, Get More Dates
In an unusual twist on the selling of lingerie, Swiss grocery gretailer Migros decided they'd put out a different kind of model call for their latest marketing campaign. Over 700 people signed up to participate in the process, where twenty-six of applicants would be featured in an underwear ad, along with the model's contact information. Yes, you read that correctly -- all of the models are single and looking, and chose to participate with the hopes that someone interested in dating them would contact them via the ads.
Because the site is in another language, I can't get any more details than this. I'd love to find out if any of the ad's previous participants found dates through the ad campaign however, as well as how well the ad targeted singles to purchase their products.
