This is part one of a 90+ day eCourse. For more information, start here.
If you're looking for more love in your life, but struggling to find it, keep it, or maintain it in a healthy way, you've definitely signed up for the right ecourse. Welcome!
In the next 90-or-so days, we'll go through the reasons why you're single, expelling all dating myths, negative thoughts and blocks that hold you back from finding a date, mate or life partner. We'll also figure out how to find time for your love life - since many of us already have too much on our plates - and work through every single process you can think of to prepare you for a fulfilling dating relationship.
It won't be the easiest of rides, but I do promise the process will be free or as inexpensive as possible. I won't ask you to pay me money, buy anything, or otherwise spend a lot of cash other than perhaps when you start dating and meeting people. I will however give you many a to-do list, reading materials, and suggestions for places to gather more information. Occasionally, I'll suggest you spend some money to do things like revamp your wardrobe slightly or perhaps look into some professional help. But for the most part, you'll act as your own dating coach here, with daily support, guidance and cheerleading from myself and other singles just like you.
So, are you ready? Let's get started on this amazing journey, together. If at any point you have questions or concerns, feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I'll do what I can to answer or help.
Where Do I Start?
Maybe you're thinking: oh my goodness, I don't even know where to start! That's okay, because this eCourse will walk you through every step to help you feel confident and empowered about your dating life. Whether you've been single for 20 years or just came out of a relationship yesterday, this information will get you closer to what you're after. Some of the articles might not resonate with your particular situation 100% of the time - and that's okay too. I've tried to make the information as accessible and relevant for everyone, no matter their history, gender, sexual orientation or geographical location. Where I haven't, I'll make a note, so that you can skip over the parts that don't apply to you.
No matter what your situation however, you're going to receive an email from me, similar to this one, every day for the next 90+. Read through it, take notes, and make sure to comment in the applicable articles and/or blog postings if you'd like to report how you're doing, what you're struggling with, or even to ask for support or guidance. Most days you'll have something to do, review, reflect upon or look into, but most shouldn't take more than 20 minutes every day. Make it a priority, and you'll find the time flying by.
What Can I Expect?
We're going to cover a lot of ground in this ecourse, so I can't list all of it here because of lack of space. However, I've got a blog post that details all of the necessary information, and I'm adding to it as I finish this eCourse. As well, readers just like you will share suggestions and tips to improve the the process, so you might find it changes from the first and the last day of your program - so make sure to bookmark this page, and refer to it whenever you want a refresher or to know where we're headed: Dating Boot Camp.
What Do I Have To Do Today?
To get started, please introduce yourself in the Dating Boot Camp forum. Let us know a bit about you, how long you've been single, and what you hope to get out of this program.
As well, I'd like for you to create a journal that you can write in daily - either online through a system like LiveJournal or in the dating forums, or as a dollar-store book that you can write in with a pen or pencil. It doesn't matter how you do it, only that you actually commit to doing it and that it's in a format you can easily update for a few minutes regularly.
We're done for today. Ready for Day Two?
