Where and How We Met
In Junior college, I went to my roommate/best friend's Choir concert at the school. While at the concert this one guy in the choir caught my eye. He was tall with dark hair, big blue eyes, glasses and plugs in his ears (i HATE plugs) and a million tattoos that couldn't be seen because of his choir tux. But he was soooo adorable to me and completely different from my ex's. I asked my friend his name later on and although she didn't know him personally she knew his name. I had several classes with him over the next two years but I left the junior college never have worked up the courage to speak to him. :(
How We Fell In Love
As fate would have it, that same friend married a friend of his and they introduced us 3 years after the first time I laid eyes on him. We phoned, texted, and hung out for about two months, just as friends. Then one day out of no where (and I mean NO WHERE, because it shocked the hell out of me) HE KISSED ME. And that was it. I have been totally his ever since and loving every second. We are marrying in just a few months. And he lost the plugs within those 3 years haha....yay.
Advice
- DON'T settle. If your with a guy that your completely in love with but doesn't treat you right. LEAVE! RUN! He will NOT change and even though your with someone you love, you wont be happy. I thought my ex was the one but he didn't treat me well and I was devastated when he left me. But now I realize he did me a huge favor. I DID fall in love again and now I am with someone who loves me more than he loves himself and treats me like a queen. Hold out for the one who makes you happy all the time, not just part of it. :)
