Just when I thought I'd heard it all, a new twist on how to meet people is introduced to the marketplace.
One Key Away is a dating company with a twist: members fill out a personality profile before attending an in-person event, which is then "worn" as a key. Anyone in attendance with a key themselves can then "zap" anyone else to see what their compatibility is during the mingling portion of the evening. Each zap is permission-based, meaning you have to give your ok before the e-Key will share your compatibility results.
I'm interested to hear from anyone who has attended one of these events; currently they are available in the Los Angeles Area, San Francisco Bay Area and New York areas.
